Returns

Products can be returned only if they are unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product. Refund method and timing may depend on the original payment method and bank/payment provider processing timelines.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible with order details, images, and unboxing evidence where available.
